Emil Antoine, founder and
principal of Next Generation
Construction, has been actively
involved in various forms of
construction, including home
construction, for nearly 50 years. Emil
is a graduate of San Jose State
University with a degree in Business
and Industrial Management.
Following graduation from college Emil began a construction management career in heavy construction, working throughout the United States with such prestigious firms as Guy F. Atkinson Company, Granite Construction Company, Johnson
Controls and Calpine Construction Management Company. Each assignment presented Emil
with a different set of unique challenges that he learned to overcome by diligence and
teamwork.
Working with prestigious construction firms on projects employing thousands of workers
required use of professional building techniques for work performed under the most stringent
quality assurance standards. Use of those same techniques provides Next Generation
Construction with the ability to deliver homes that meet or exceed customer`s expectations.
Emil postive approach to development starts with quality. He strives to select the best personnel, subcontractors and suppliers and makes every effort to provide a work environment that promotes creativity, initiative and personal growth.
